One free booth space is included for sponsors at $2,500 and above ("Historical" level and higher). Sponsors below the "Historical" level will need to pay for each booth space selected below.

Note that a Vendor Booth Space is 10’ x 10’ and doesn’t include table, chairs or canopy. Sponsors/Vendors must provide their own canopy (see Canopy Rules & Regulations

All electrical needs that exceed 20AMP requirements will be order directly through the festival power provider. The vendor agrees to bring own electrical cords.

When requesting a tent spot, please be aware that only NFPA 701 Certified tents are allowed. Participants with any other tents will be denied the use of the tent without a refund.
