The applicant acknowledges that the NW Ukrainian International Festival, Pacific Ukrainian Society, Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Seattle, City of Bellevue, their officers, directors, and members are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property belonging to the applicant or damages caused by the vendor’s property to any guest of the park (festival) and waives any claim against the above organizations as a consequence of such possible damage or loss.

All food vendors are required by the state of Washington to hold a valid food permit from a health department. A temporary food permit can be obtained from King County Health Department, 206-296-4940. Food permits must be submitted to NW Ukrainian International Festival’s representative no later than August 20, 2024 for final vendor approval. No vendors will be accepted for participation in the event after August 20, 2024.

We offer an early bird price if registered before June 1st, 2024.

• Vendor booth spot – $370 (Early bird special – $340)
• Artist-Owned vendor booth – $280 (Early bird special – $250)

All the payments must be made by August, 20. An additional $50.00 must be added if electricity is required. Application fees are due at the time of application. Space number and location assigned by NW Ukrainian International Festival. Vendor must have own Pop-up Tent, tables, and other equipment required by fire, building, police or any other City of Bellevue department and organizer.

Vendors must agree to be set up a day prior the scheduled open times of the event. Vendors must remain open until scheduled event finish times – NO EARLY TAKE DOWNS. Incomplete and/or denied vendor applications (with your payment) will be returned. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
