Vendor Agreement
Vendors must provide their own pop-up tents, tables, and any other equipment required by the City of Bellevue departments (fire, building, police) or by the Festival organizers.
Vendors are required to be fully set up by the day prior to the event’s scheduled opening time. Booths must remain open until the official event end time — early takedown is strictly prohibited.
Applications that are incomplete or denied will be returned along with the payment. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Starting this year, vendors may select their desired booth location on the map during registration. However, the NW Ukrainian International Festival reserves the right to reassign booth locations if necessary for organizational or safety reasons.
Important Regulations:
All vendors selling products or services must strictly adhere to the list of items submitted in their application. Random inspections by festival volunteers will be conducted multiple times throughout the day to ensure compliance.
If a vendor is found selling items that were not listed in their application, they will be immediately asked to close their booth.
The sale or display of any prohibited items — including, for example, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or any other goods that the Festival organizers deem inappropriate and/or provocative — will result in immediate booth closure and possible police involvement. Law enforcement will be present throughout the park, and violations will be reported without exception.
Application deadline: August 23, 2025
